Terms of Service

The service

BigWow is a real-time collaboration platform for meetings and workshops. It includes tools for discussion, voting, brainstorming, documents, and AI facilitation.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to avoid disruptive changes, but the service is provided on an evolving basis.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Guests may join sessions without an account by entering a meeting code and display name provided by the session host.

Plans, billing, and free tier

BigWow offers free and paid plans. Plan limits (such as sessions per month, participant limits, session duration, and data retention) are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the billing flow in your account.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Your content and sessions

You retain ownership of content you submit to BigWow. You grant us a license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, including AI-assisted facilitation and recap generation.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share content you upload or discuss in a session, and for obtaining any consents required from participants (for example, if sessions are recorded or transcribed).

Session hosts control access to their sessions through invite links and codes. Do not share meeting codes publicly unless you intend to allow broad access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse BigWow. Prohibited conduct includes: violating laws; infringing intellectual property; uploading malware; harassing others; attempting unauthorized access; interfering with service operation; or using the service to process highly sensitive personal data without appropriate authority and safeguards.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

AI features

BigWow provides AI suggestions and assistance based on session context. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing important decisions and outputs before relying on them.

AI features are provided as part of the service and may change over time.

Third-party services

BigWow may integrate with third-party services (such as Google sign-in or Stripe payments). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

Disclaimers

BigWow is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the service will meet every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigWow and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars ($50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BigWow from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using BigWow at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.

Disputes should first be raised with us at the contact below. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
